We believe our client services team is the best in the business, and we are looking for an outstanding Account Director to join us. Working with some of the biggest publishers and developers in the global video games industry, this post offers you the chance to lead account growth and build the relationships that will help us deliver award winning marketing campaigns and trailers for the highest profile titles in the entertainment industry’s most exciting sector.

 

If you’ve got the following, we’d love to hear from you:

  • A passion for fostering successful client relationships, and understanding and experience of how to plan, develop and grow an account.
  • A talent for extracting and developing client communications briefs, with exemplary written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Experience of (and enthusiasm for) briefing, pitching and managing big picture strategy, intelligence and creative campaigns.
  • Drive, ambition and energy, with the ability to remain focussed on the requirements of the client, the brief and the account.
  • A confident and a proactive approach to account management, with the ability to “make it happen”

We like our videos exciting and we have fun making them… right now Maverick people are wearing their thinking caps and squeezing out ideas to help all our lovely games clients make their trailers that little bit better and work that little bit harder. In fact, we’ve helped to make some of the biggest hitters hit a little bigger. For over 15 years the team at Maverick have been lucky enough to have some of the biggest names in gaming working with us.”

 

Maverick offer 4 week internships all year round. We are looking for self-motivated, enthusiastic and hard-working candidates to provide support across all Maverick departments.

 

Interns are exposed to attending voiceovers for our game trailers, capturing gameplay for our edits, assisting on shoots for developer diaries as well as admin and research-based support.

 

Maverick guarantee close involvement with all members of the team and offer one-to-one Q&A sessions to learn more about what they do, as well as pick their brains for career advice.

 

All lunch and travel expenses are paid for.
