Maverick make great trailers and cinematics for the most prestigious video games developers and publishers.  We want to make them even better. We work with the biggest and brightest; EA, PlayStation, SEGA, Nintendo, SquareEnix, Disney, Capcom to name just a few.  This is a chance to lead and help build a company, to oversee a team of creatives and producers whose primary ambition will be outstanding creative work. Can you make us the world’s best at what we do?

role

• Working hands on with our Creatives, Producers and Account Handlers on trailers, TV ads, in-game cinematics and content to oversee all creative briefs and decisions.
• Lead the Creative Dept giving constructive criticism, mentoring and development.
• Recruit and appoint creative staff, talent and creative resources to projects.
• Work directly with clients, understand their marketing and communications needs and translate them into creative strategies.
• Play a pivotal role in the Senior Management Team, leading the Creative Department to building the best structure to produce world class creative.
• Develop Maverick’s long term vision and inspire others to play their part in reaching that vision.
