PA General Assistant – Creative Agency - Video Games - Soho

In a busy creative agency environment in Soho this is a great opportunity to join a team of talented people working on a range of exciting trailer projects with some of the biggest names in the video games industry including PlayStation, SEGA and Electronic Arts. We want someone exceptionally confident who can hit the ground running, get involved, get us organised and get to play a key part in a creative and hardworking team.
This PA General Assistant position covers everything from answering the phone, dealing with suppliers to supporting the Account and Creative teams produce and deliver trailer projects to clients.
There will be an opportunity to see the whole process from pitching and creative, through to post production, and although this position will be on an initial 3 month contract there will be an option to apply to the Maverick Management Trainee Scheme launching in the Autumn.
Essential Skills and Experience Required:
- Degree
- Great communications skills, written and verbal
- Experience of Reception and general office duties in a media/creative environment
- Great creative and presentation skills
- Team player capable of inputting into brainstorming sessions
- Media Post Production experience would be an advantage
- Strong organizational skills
- A high attention to detail
