Promo/Trailer Producer – Video Games

Do you have a passion for creative, video games and trailers? Want to work on ever-more exciting projects for the next big things in gaming? If you’re a creative producer with good trailer, promo and post production experience, this could be the role you’ve been looking for.

Maverick makes the trailers for AAA games for the most prestigious developers and publishers in the games industry in Europe, US and Japan.  As the only agency that specialises in creating bespoke animation within game engines, including Unreal and CryEngine we have a unique approach to trailer making and it’s no wonder our trophy cabinet’s getting a bit cluttered and we’re getting bigger.  An exciting opportunity has now arisen for another Producer to join the team and help us on our mission to make the world’s best trailers.
To do this job you must:

• Love trailers, video games and the creative process.
• Be passionate about developing creative briefs and bringing them to life.
• Be imaginative in your thinking and ambitious for the projects you work on.
• Understand post, creative development, how to make and wrangle budgets and schedules to achieve the best results.
• Be good at spotting talent and able to bring together teams to find fresh solutions to challenges.
• Be robust and reliable with great confidence and communication skills.
• Be excited by pressure and energised by working with clients to solve briefs.

As a Producer, you will work closely with clients from around the world across all stages of production from creative development through to delivery, alongside account handlers, editors, directors and creatives.  This is a great job with possibilities of travel and working abroad – and making award winning creative work!
To be considered for this position, you must have:

- Good post production experience, within trailers or promo production
- A proven track record of delivering projects on schedule, to budget
- Strong communication skills, including talent and client management
- Sharp production administration skills and attention to detail
