Maverick

Maverick are looking for freelance Technical Support Staff to reinforce our existing Technical Department. The role will involve general production and post-production support including:

• Video file encoding
• Advanced operation of Macs and PCs
• Basic offline editing

In addition to this you will be required to perform:

• Basic technical support for producers, editors and clients
• Basic IT support and liaise with our IT Company
· Basic Photoshop and After Effects duties
• General office admin and runner duties

You should be organised and efficient with excellent technical and computer skills, keen attention to detail and ability to learn new skills quickly. Understanding of Final Cut Pro, multimedia file encoding and general post-production is essential.

This position is a freelance role and is thought for people with a huge apatite to bring skills and learn new once hands on. Due to our industry, that may involve working unsociable hours. You will work in an interesting, exciting and busy environment. Previous experience in a media environment is a huge advantage.
